Despite poor weather conditions for much of the season, the walleye fishing was productive during 2008. Over 60% of our charters delivered limit catches, with many of the fish in the 21-24 inch range….making 2008 a great season. 2009 should see much of the same exciting action. We begin fishing in April, where jigging the open water reefs is the method of choice. Once the spawning run is complete, our trolling season will begin. During this time limit catches are regular. Whether you choose to jig or troll, 2009 will surely be a great season!
